Ingredients
Scale
- 6 small-medium ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional) *not suitable for children <2 years old
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and egg and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour into a 9×13” baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool, cut and serve
- Store additional portions in an airtight bag in the fridge or freezer.
